Welcome to ChristianFreebies.com's Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) section. Below are some of the questions that we frequently receive. If you would like to ask a question, but don't see the answer to it below, please review the "communications" section below, so that you can send us an e-mail.

BOOKS
  1. Question: Do you only offer free, e-books?  What about physical copies?
    Answer: Our book publishers used to offer free print copies. However, the printing of such books became too expensive for a majority of our book publishers, so they have switched to the printable, e-book format (Adobe PDF) instead.  We wish that we could provide print-based copies, but that option is not available at this time.
  2. Question: Can I get a particular book in Spanish, (or another language)?
    Answer: Please contact the publisher of the book.  Sometimes, they do have a particular publication available in Spanish, or another language of choice.
  3. Question: Can I get a FREE Print-based Bible?
    Answer: We would love to make this option available, but at this time, our publishers are only publishing their materials in the e-book (Adobe Acrobat) format.  However, there are many free copies of the Holy Bible published on the web.  Just do a search and you will find them.



BOOKMARKS
  1. Question: Is it possible to print out the bookmarks on a color printer?
    Answer: Yes! Please see our online printing instructions at the bookmark page.
  2. Question: Can I use colored paper when printing out my bookmarks?
    Answer: Yes! We have had many people let us know that different colored papers work well with the printing of our bookmarks.
  3. Question: Can I mass-publish your bookmarks?
    Answer: Please ask for permission before mass-publishing our bookmarks. We consider mass-publishing to be 250 bookmarks or more.
  4. Question: Can you mail me the bookmarks instead?
    Answer: No. The reason for this is because of the printing and shipping cost that is involved. However, if you have a color printer, you can print all of the bookmarks that you want for your own personal usage!
  5. Question: Can I sell your bookmarks or profit from them?
    Answer: No. We ask that you please do not sell our bookmarks. We want them to be made freely available to everyone to comes to our site. They are not for resale.
  6. Question: Can I publish your bookmarks on my own website?
    Answer: No. If you would like to make our bookmarks available to your website's viewers, please put a link to our bookmarks page.



CLIPART
  1. Question: Can you search for a particular graphic for me on the Internet?
    Answer: We wish that we could, but we don't have the time or resources to offer this service.  However, our best suggestion to you would be to check out each of the clipart sites that we list on our site.  They provide some of the best Christian graphics that you can find on the Internet.
     
  2. Question: Do you sell a CD-ROM that contains clipart?
    Answer: No, we do not sell clipart on our site.



CFREEBIES E-MAIL ACCOUNTS
  1. Question: I want to know more about the free e-mail accounts!
    Answer: ChristianFreebies.com contracts with an independent 3rd party company (known as www.zzn.com) that provides our viewers with free e-mail accounts. This company is not owned or controlled by our site. It is through their kindness that they have offered our viewers with free e-mail accounts.


GREETING CARDS
  1. Question: Are the greeting card sites, that you list, 100% Christian in context?
    Answer: ChristianFreebies.com lists a wide variety of Christian (and public) sites that Christians, in general, enjoy.  However, if you explore any website far enough, there is always the potential that you might encounter materials that are not Christian in context. Please use any resource that is listed on our site with caution.


POETRY
  1. Question: I have a poetry site. Can you please list it on your site?
    Answer: Yes, please send your website URL to us by sending us an email. (Look below for the "Communications" section.)
  2. Question: I am looking for a specific poem on the Internet. Can you find it for me?
    Answer: No. We do not have time to perform individual searches for specific poems.


SOFTWARE
  1. Question: Do you have any software for the Macintosh?
    Answer: Yes! We list FREE software that is available for Windows, Mac, and Linux!
  2. Question: Do you guarantee that the software is 100% safe?
    Answer: To our best knowledge, all software packages that we provide links to are 100% safe -- in other words, no viruses, spyware, trojan horses, etc.  However, at the same time, since we don't produce the software, we make NO GUARANTEES that it is 100% safe. Download software at your own risk!
  3. Question: Do you provide technical support for such software products?
    Answer: No. You will need to contact the author / producer of the software.
